MSUCleaning 7 step process includes the following:
1. On arrival we will pre-vacuum thoroughly with a high powered commercial vacuum cleaner.
2. Apply a heated pre-spray cleaning solution suitable for the carpet and the level of soiling.
3. The pre-spray is then agitated into the carpet pile to soften and detach the soiling from the carpet fibres.
4. Our Hot Water Extraction cleaning technique also removes the oily greasy films that are deposited onto the carpet, which cannot be removed by vacuuming.
5. We then rinse out and clean with a heated cleaning solution which is jetted into the carpet fibres and then immediately extracted back into our high powered extraction machine.
6. Any remaining stains are treated with an appropriate stain remover.
7. The pile is then groomed and reset

Dirt and stains are almost inevitable. That's why we offer stain protection treatment. This will help your carpet remain resistant from further staining for longer. And should the worst happen, it will be easier to clean and maintain that fresh carpet look, feel and smell.
Optional Insect Treatment?
We use Cleansmart's insect spray which has enhanced residual action with aqueous nano emulsion formulation technology making it effective against a wide range of insects with a low/pleasant odour. It is effective against ants, bed bugs, carpet beetles, cat fleas, dog fleas, mosquitoes, German cockroaches, Indian Meal Moths, Mill moths, wasps and a wide range of other crawling and flying insects.
Do you use chemicals that could be harmful?
MSUCleaning only use cleaning solutions that are safe for children and pets. Detergent free products, based on degreasers and conditioning agents.
